- The maximum occupancy per villa is limited to 2 adults.
- Full Prepayment is required. No Payment, no fix booking.
- Bitcoin, Western Union are accepted and bank transfer. Credit cards are not possible!

- no stray animals allowed, but you can bring your own Pets if they don't destroy the Villa or garden and are not barking too much. No Pets in the Pool! The liability for your pets is accepted with the booking.
